over a year after cutting out the forms, I finally set out to set the forms on the strongback to begin my petrel play, but much to my dismay I soon realized I lost form #14 - any suggestions?
If you look at the second page of your plans, you will find a "stacked" drawing of all the forms (only 1/2 is drawn, but they are symmetrical so just mirror it). You should be able to trace the form and make a new one.

It shouldn't be a problem unless you used your only copy of the plans glued to that lost form....
