I wonder if the pvc tubes will melt and form and glue just like the pvc fabric for the dry bags? Or i bet that some form of polyurethane glue would work. Is aquaseal poly urethane?

For small screw caps(are there such a thing?), maybe just heat the last half inch end of the pvc tube, fold it back outside on itself for a greater diameter and 'screw' on the cap while the tube is hottish and will deform to the threads. Could maybe succesively wrap back and forth to reach larger diameters.(Don't let it close off any)

Or maybe some sort of pvc small fitting coupler (small aquariums) filed to fit both.

I just tried blowing on some dishwasher fluid's cap at work. The diameter looks really close.(whew! no one saw me) Seems to seal. (And now I don't have to wash dishes any more, cause the food gets cleaned as I eat it!). Sports water bottles are probably too expensive.

Sounds like a keeper.
