Looks like a fish skeleton.

My forms are the same as yours. Nick's book comments on this topic. When spacing and setting up the forms, align the outside edge of the form (the face of the form that is toward the closest end) on the measured mark on the strongback. Then the form width is correct at the mark and a little 'thin' toward the center of the boat.
