Mike Hanks, Plywood walrus question

I lowered the end forms 1/2" each to increase the rocker and dropped the sheer 1" in the center but left it at the mark on the end forms. The sheer isn't glued in yet so I was wondering what you thought??

Is 1" enough? and I couldn't remember if you carried it all the way into the ends or not. I'm trying to balance what I want in a boat with the fact that it will be a loaner for less experienced paddlers.

I should be able to start fitting the plywood this weekend.

Thanks for your help.
