Moved the boats outside while a new garage door is being installed so I had a chance to assemble the AKA/AMA I bought from Folbot along with the strut supports I built patterned after the Balogh struts. The leeboard is finished and was built to NACA 0009 foil specifications, as will be a new rudder I am building now. Next will be a new larger mast to take the high aspect sail from the link Daren posted. The old setup could barely sail up wind and I didn't know why. So in the spring before I use the new sail I need to try the old one with the new leeboard and rudder to see if this was the problem. So far our winter has been decent as you can see for IN.
