Strip: Comments appreciated *Pic*

Ive looking for comments on the suitability of this plan from KF which Ive been 'fiddling' with for some time,
I want a day boat for lake use, good initial stability and average speed. Probably used for fishing and photography but mostly just enjoying a paddle. There are some restraints(like arthritic knees which have lost some flexibilty) and I was hoping to limit the length so it would not exceed the length of the vehicle. In addition my wife who is 20lb lighter would not find it too large.
From recent postings it looks like I may have the cockpit a little large.
Id appreciate what others think.
