I have a paddling jacket from Mountain Surf. Latex seals on the wrists -- work great. Double tunnel for the spray skirt -- works great. Neoprene seal at the neck -- cold water down the back on a roll, not much, but you can definitely feel it trickling down when you get right-side-up again. After a session of working on rolling, my layers under it are soaked completely. I think a latex seal would be much nicer. Also, I wish it were Goretex. In retrospect Goretex would have been worth the cost for how I have used it.
