This is the one I was looking for. I'm going to build it similar, but looking for something besides the clear film to cover it. The local tent and awning shop has lots to choose from.
Already have plans for putting short legs into 3 lb buckets of sand or cement and the legs of the hoophouse will go into them, and I'll have quick-release pins to keep them in place.

Anyway, that's the plan and will use good covering to keep the sun off the boats..
