Spybot works wonders for eliminating most SPAM. I use it at home and at work. I was getting so hammered by spam at work I couldn't do my job so I got pissed, downloaded it and "BOOM", no spam. Try it. The german guy who keeps it updated only asks that you send him a little cash to keep it going. It's well worth it.
