Thanks Bill,
It's time I got started on my Nikumi now that the rowboat is almost finished. I'm pretty sure it will be polyester fabric with pinked tape reinforcing the fabric where it's vulnerable to abrasion. I've used nylon on a couple of previous skinboats and wasn't too keen on the skrink/sag cycle in warmer weather.
