Ha! I'm an old draftsman from way back, and you can't imagine the grin on my face when I see someone say "have fun drafting"!! I heartily agree with mail-ordering the exact graph paper you want, as a "drafting supply store" might not be so easy to find -- or even define, since drafting went to CAD in the 90's. Still, I see a pleasantly surprising array of good old-time drafting stuff in the local Michael's and Hobby Lobby stores, so might try there if you want it PDQ. Here in Texas we have the ever-wonderful Texas Art Supply chain, and while a bit pricey, they carry *everything*. So maybe try hunting for art supply stores?

Okay, where's my bud Tony when you need him? He lofted a couple of Nick's boats out of the book, the Great Auk included, and went to town on 'em. I'll make sure he sees this....
