: I epoxy seal coated my deck for stability prior to taking off the
: frames so I could glass the hull. The hull is glassed and now
: I'm ready to go back and glass the deck. How hard do I need to
: sand that seal coat on the deck to get the glass wetout to
: adhere well? Do I just need a light sanding with 120 grit or so?

I'm at the same step in my build, in fact, just finished sanding about 10 mins ago; but since this is my first build i'm curious as well. I use 120 paper and just did a light scuffing of the fill coat, taking some more time on a few areas that had high spots from runs. The sanding looks a little splotchy which makes me wonder if i should continue to sand until the hull is an even smoky-white or leave it alone?
