Pumps are great for dispensing, but I don't trust their accuracy for measuring. Pump your materials into measuring cups. I use inexpensive disposable 7 ounce to 9 ounce, translucent (not the clear styrene) cups, and mark them for how much I need. To keep the marks consistent from batch to batch I made a jig from another cup. Stack a fresh cup in the jig, mark a line on it, and pour or pump the resin or hardener into the cup up to the line. Go no more than halfway in any cup and you can dump the contents of one cup into the other, stir to mix, and away you go. Dump it after use. Cups at any grocery store for about three cents apiece.

Here is a picture of how I make the jig.

If you want to check your pumps, use them and put 2 or three pumps into a cup, mark the height of the liquid, and transfer that line to a master, or jig. Do the same for the hardener. Mix and use whatever you pumped out. Later, you can mark up fresh mixing cups and pump into them. If you get any air bubbles, or short strokes, the amount you pump will not come up to the line, and you'll know something is off before you mix. It is a good way to doublecheck your mixes and maintain consistency.

Hope this helps.
