Just finished building and installing the hatch lips. I was cheap so instead of building the parts with epoxy I used polyester resin, then glued them in place with epoxy. I will do the same with the bulkheads as they will be all glass as well. I was pleasently surprised that the polyester didn't eat the closed cell foam weather stripping I used as a plug.
