I've had absolutely zero problems at all with my Grizzly 14" bandsaw, none. I'm very happy with it.

I don't know what you may have read, but experience to me means much more than what some might complain about. This saw is just as nice as the old Delta I'd been using except it has much more power and can take a much wider blade, nothing there to complain about either.

Again, willingness to pay more means you have it to spend, if you don't have it to spend then you arn't going to pay more. Sure some of the nice professional tools in a separate huge shop would be great, I can't afford it for a hobby nor do I have the land to put the separate shop on. This is not a business anymore for me, I don't get to write off the tools anymore, definately limits what I can afford to buy.
