Here are some pic's. Just a note if you use this method go with actual Food Saver bags. I used an aftermarket brand bag and it delaminated and stuck to the epoxy on one side. I was able to sand it smooth and remove any plastic without cutting into the carbon fiber too much. These pic's are the second layer. The Food Saver gives it a pretty tight squeeze enough to press extra epoxy out to the sides of the bag, but probably not as much as a real vacuum press. So after sealing it in I use my thumbs to squeegee any remaining bubbles and extra epoxy to the sides.
