Strip: Hole spacing for paddle park

If someone who has a done a paddle park could chime in on the proper spacing for the two bungee hole and the hook for the bungee for a functional paddle park that would be great! My first thoughs where the two bungee holes 16 inches apart and the hook to be an inch and a half higher and centered at the 8 inch mark. Also the height off the shear line and the placement around the cockpit would ease my mind alot. I just don't like drilling holes for the first time without asking! My project is a guillemot if that helps. I plan on the side mount paddle park in favour of the front of cockpit mount if that helps also.

Thanks in advance as always
