THANK YOU to all who replied. This is quite enlightening. For this first shot, I'll probably just design the screens in Photoshop then hand them over to a website builder for implementation. Time is of the essence, and the real estate site, at minimum, will require lots of linking to active feeds and other sites, hence a steep learning curve for me. I have, however, downloaded free trials of several programs (thanks, Etienne, Freeway looks pretty slick), and am exploring. I'm guessing Jay's right: in the end I'll have to learn the pro tool, and that'll likely be Dreamweaver. Well, Adobe has served me well over the years, and here we go again.

Thanks again, guys. This board, as ever, is a fount of knowledge.
