Strip: Firestar Stern

I've finished stripping the hull of my Firestar and did a 60 grit sanding. The stern is slightly offline as can be seen by the keel line following the stern to the rest of the boat in this picture:

Is this something I need to worry about? I tried shifting the form under the stern but it had little effect on the stern's position. I'm guessing that once I fiberglass the outside of the hull I'll lock the position of the stern in forever. If I do try to correct the stern position what would be the best approach to take? Wondering if I'll need to get used to paddling in circles if it's left as-is.
