If your concerned about the little zig along the keel line, don't be.

You've got quite a beefy strip there. Plane it straight. Bring it to a point, a single line
and then round that off. The concave spot on the right (photo) may disappear.

If it doesn't, glue a piece of wood onto that spot, or do that even before you start planing.

You will cover it with an abrasion strip anyway later, so it won't be noticeable.

Both the bow and stern seem skewed from vertical also, but that's not an issue that will effect handling.
