: Generally with most sporting equipment in salt water, best to rinse
: with fresh water after use and let it dry.

Of course that is excellent advice, but I have not made a consistent habit of it, and all my stuff is still good. Then again, it doesn't get to get in the salty every week either. I used to get to the beach every week, but even so I only occasionally rinsed stuff. Not always a hose around, and usually too tired when I got back home.

YMMV! : )

THIS summer is going to be different! yeah, right. $50 just to get gas to go to the beach... O_o I'm a river rat now. 5 mins from the house I got water. What else do I need? Make the boaters mad enough, I got waves. : )
