I'm working on the same issue. After a lot of interwebbing and comparing data, I think my Guillemot size is a 1.2 taken from Seal Sprayskirts Sizing' http://www.sealsskirts.com/sizing/sizing.php

I did this by measuring my cockpit opening and comparing it to similar sized cockpits on production boats from this resource, SkirtFit.com

From these resources, I decided 1.2 was the number, and ordered a low-cost skirt from MEC.

If I'm right, I'll get a cover in 1.2 size too. If I'm wrong, I'm only out $35.

You could send Seal the measurements and they'll custom fit you a cover or sprayskirt.
