Skin-on-Frame: skinning with nylon, wet or dry?

Hi, I am getting close to finishing the wood frame of my Sea Ranger. When I start to skin the frame I'll be using Cory's prima nylon, 8.5 oz, and poly two part. I am wondering if anyone here has used this system? And what would be your advise on wetting the nylon before you sew. If you do wet the nylon, how wet do you get it? Will a spray bottle due as you pull the skin? Thanks, Dave
