Strip: Trimming hull fiberglass?

I'm working in an 80 * room with a slow hardener.
How much time do I have from when I begin the fiberglass work on the hull till ideal time to trim fiberglass at shear line.
How much time do I have before it is too hard to be an easy job with a razor blade.
I have no clue?
I'd like to start the fiberglass work about 3:30 PM and trim in 24 hours,
or do I have to get up in the middle of the night,
or do I have to do it before I go to work in the morning?
Thanks Paul
