Oh yeah, initial stability is about what you'd expect for a 19" wide boat, a bit tender.

Mine is the first one I did with the Dacron/fiberglass skin, made a whole bunch of mistakes and being 19 1/2' long still only weighs 34 lbs., and that's with 6 ounce glass.
