I had this happen while routing out a recess for a skeg, and the router slipped and put a big squiggly gash in the wood. I just filled the gash in and amazingly it didn't show at all. It's hard to see what the issue is in your picture. It looks to me like you could just round that over some more. Maybe I am not understanding, but if you can't then you can just cut away and scarf a piece in and then go back and shape it over.
