I finished cutting out the formers last night. Then, tonight, I secured the last formers to the bench I'm using as a strongback and strapped the keelson down in the center. A set of bungie cords held the gunwales in as I inserted the rest of the formers. That was rather clumsy until I learned the trick of it, then the process went quickly.

Don't tell the wife, but I think I'm in love with this boat already ;oD. I never imagined it'd feel this great to get it framed up. Can't imagine the size of the grin on my face when she hits the water for the first time.
