Clarification will probably help, won't it. I mean the strips go beyond the beam of the hull slightly and don't exactly conform to the shape of the boat as you move toward the stems. I was thinking it may be best to glass it first then trim it. I was mostly looking for ways to do some parallel work on the boat because it's taking me a long time to finish.
