Hi Bill,

Robert Morris' book is my favorite on the subject, it's out of print though so consider yourself lucky to have a copy. Used copies are "really" expensive. Both Cunningham and Starr's books on the subject are worthwhile they each have a somewhat different take on how to do certain things.

Also if you're interested in the historical aspect of SOF's, KOG (Kayaks of Greenland) by Harvey Golden is excellent.
