I use Arrow T50 staples and I've never seen flat cut staples for them, they are all pointed.

Perhaps for other brands there is a difference, but for the T50 I've never seen any. The T50 is a very rugged stapler that's fairly easily cleaned and repaired if needed, cheap too.
