Thanks, The 3/8" OD tubing was lying around the house, I'm not sure where I got it. It is like the stuff you find in Rona or Home Depot but maybe the wall is a bit thicker and the material a little stiffer. I probably got it from a lab. The lab-grade stuff is called Tygon. The Home Depot kind would probably be OK as long as you put something inside so it does not flatten at the bend. In mine I used some old coaxial cable. Maybe also do a test to be sure it will not break when you go to pull it out.
