Strip: Deck/Hull joining using an external strongback

Hi I am a newbie and prepping to make my first strip build and have a few questions on form removal and Deck/Hull joining using an external
strongback. Most of the videos and tutorials I have
found are for using an internal strong back. However I have already built and am planing on using an external strong back.

My questions are:

When do you remove the forms from the haul?

Do you build the haul glassit remove the forms set the hull aside then flip the forms over remount them on the strong back and strip up the deck? If so how
do you get the deck and haul to line/mate up properly?

I have seen some people use a lamentation shear strip inside to get things lined up and tied together – what are pros and cons of this vs a strip of fiberglass down the seam inside?
