I read something in a paper and the location seemed wrong but the name caught my eye I assume this is what you are dealing with. Hang in there, we had some friends go through a very similar situation about 18 months ago and everything has worked out for all involved. Like you they went through a period when they thought there would be no good outcomes or solutions.
