: Last winter I built a Red fish Spring Run. The kit uses 3/16"
: strips with bead and cove. By the time that I had faired and
: sanded it was much thinner. Certainly as thin as one would want
: it to be.
: This was my first boat and it went together quite easily. The kit
: included all of the material required.

Joe Greenley is also a really nice guy, had the opportunity to meet him at the NW Paddlefest. He'd probably fill an order for strips and let you specify a range of colors and woods, and would have the resin and cloth available too.

Good luck with your build!
