: Interesting discussion, I've been giving this very thing a lot of

Kurt, I'm sure someone has provided an answer but I'll throw my comments out there. Yes you can do what you're asking, no you don't want to do it. It will cost you significantly more in the long run and provide marginal service quality compared to your home ISP.
