: Good article Et.
: Gives me a better insight into how things work. My own interest
: lies with surfskis and this article provides insighrs into the
: quite different hull design of a ss. Weathercocking would be a
: big nuisance with a ss which is designed to race downwind and
: surf. They tend to leecock?? This article helps explain why they
: do so.
: Cheers

Yeah but ski's also steer with the rudder, most racing type kayaks do, lets you concentrate on the stroke. Ski is very likely to leecock, big bow and tiny stern, thankfully they all have rudders.

The article, which I agree is a good one, applies to non-racing kayaks more than to boats like a ski :)
