The perfection or your set up will determine the quality of your resulting PWC.

It just isn't worth starting the project on wonky forms. You will be putting time an love into this project and in you heart you will know, as you place every strip, that it is not right. I you wanted a squashed imperfect PWC you could have just bought a plastic fantastic for less money than you are going to be spending on this project.

If the kit supplier cannot supply proper forms then go somewhere else or get the plans and make your own forms.

Don't be fobbed off. This is a powerful forum. Threaten them with bad press if absolutely necessary.

This came up recently. I wonder if the kit supplier is the same one as last time. Maybe you got the other guy's forms that he returned.
