: Hello everyone,

: I found this site that sells titanium screws and bolts for cheap. I
: may try these out on my next project instead of stainless steel.

Three months ago I bought a "cheap" cobalt numbered drill bit set from Norther Tool. I could almost twist them with my bare hands - made in China.
I bought some "cheap" 1/4"x3" stainless steel lag screws last week from Ace Hdrw. The heads twisted off with about 5 lbs. of force. I took them back - made in China. Almost everything you find that looks like a "really good deal" is made in China or Mexico - it is crap. Personally, I will save the money I would have paid China for "cheap" and pay the higher price for "Made in USA."

If you want to buy "cheap" buy just a few and test them. If you buy a lot be sure you can return them.
