Actually if you did it in two halves, joined later, would be very easy if you just used very light stringers (chines, gunwales, etc.) and left them in the final boat. The frames would be very easy to remove and then you'd not have the problem of figuring out a way to attach the SOF's skin or trying to remove it afterwards. The stringers would add lengthwise stiffness too taking some of the load off the laminate.
