Strip: Which type of fiberglass

I'm a bit of a lurker, so first of all, thanks to all who post here. You've help me a lot. I'm working on my second stripper and am ready to order the glass. I built my first boat (NightHeron) with Sweet composites 3733 6 oz (singgle layer on the deck and two on the hull) and I'm thinking of trying 1522 4 oz for my wife's Cape Ann Storm. My intention is to do only one layer as she tends to "baby" her boats (and weight is a concern) where as I tend to use mine more enthusiatically. Has anyone had experience with both of these types of glass? By reading the Sweets info page it seems the 1522 4 oz will conform to curves better but has a "2 ply twisted yarn" vs the 3733 6 oz's "untwisted". Will this effect the look of the finished boat? Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
