Without even looking at the site it has all the earmarks of another attempt to bundle free plans from all over the web and sell them.

This web site has about 150 free plans that came from out of copywrite DIY magazines from the '50s and '60s.

Svensons does sell CDs of their site as a convenience.

This site sells similar old time plans but offers them as reprints in bound form.

I just looked at the site and I recognize a lot of the plans as being available from the Svenson site which mostly come from the old "Science and Mechanics" magazine. Most of those boats are of the old plywood on frame style which worked well back then because the common lumberyard plywood of that era was much better than we get now. Of course he is offering about 350 other plans and where they all come from is anybody's guess.
One, the "Cheap Canoe" is a free but copywrited plan from Bateau.com.
Having 500+ sets of plans sounds like a deal but you have to remember most builders never build more than 2 or 3 in a lifetime. And a lot of what you are getting are old time pieces that wouldn't be of much interest today.
