I wonder how many of these plans are stolen from other people's work, I've never heard of this guy, so wonder where the plans came from. At least one pictured looks very much like one from GlenL who's been selling plans for a whole bunch of years and is widely respected.

The deal of not letting you off the site when you try to close the page alone would scare me away.

I'll be darned if I'll pay for someone that's stolen the plans from someone else.
