: John,
: Not spam just a comment on what we do to keep our wife happy when
: we are wanting to build a kayak and a fun diversion in the
: middle of a keeping my wife happy project. We have enough strips
: cut for 3 kayaks and all of the forms cut for the SUP and the
: kayak. My son-in-law who happens to be an electrician salvaged
: some lights from a job so we put 2 banks of 4, a bank of 3, and
: a single fluorescent in the garage last night so I have plenty
: of light. Installed a 30,000 BTU natural gas heater last week
: (today the outside temp may hit 60 I think it is because I
: installed the heater). Going on a 20 mile paddle Saturday so I
: may have to pick up the kayak construction again next week and
: bead and cove the strips.
: Scott

Ahhah, I really missed the boat (believe it or not, no pun intended) on that one. My immediate thought was: If a spider is spotted within 30 feet of SWMBO there are blood curdling screams, far more terrifying to me than anything with 8 legs, and I have to drop EVERTHING to do the smashing.

Sounds like a fun paddle for Saturday. I am working on the deck hatches and perimeter lines of my stripper, while SWMBO goes out with the girlfriends. Life is grand.
