After doing a couple graphite bottoms it takes a fair amount of tint to make the epoxy end up being black, enough that it tends to thicken the epoxy. I certainly wouldn't use it to wet out the glass, but once it's wet out shouldn't cause any problems that I can think of, for the filling coats.
