the charactor is ben 10 from the cartoon show my boy is obsest with everything ben 10. you can't see from the pics but there is a light dusting of metalflake sparkel of blue and silver on the deck also. the boat is skinned with flannel and 10 oz glass saturated with polyester resin. the frame was sealed with vinylester resin. these are the materials I had on hand and was going for the cheapest build ever. so far only 60 bucks!!! We will see how long the boat lives for when it dies I will let you all know but I suspect meny years and my boy will probably out grow it first.
