Hi bob

Here is a pic of the seat setup for the Pole Dancer front to back.

I may cut further slices off the foot block if necessary, but at the moment it is set up for me (6 ft). I also have a second block cut to size if I need more slices for shorter people.

The camp mat in the middle has extra cheek plates glued to it which support the thighs. Really comfortable.

the hip cheek plates are glued to the seat.

The seat back is loose and slides in above the seat and jams in below the deck behind the cockpit to hold the seat in place.

The seat is easier to remove without contorting it too much if the back is separate like this.
