Will someone please tell me what the HELL a lurker is, It's really bad to be so dumb but I can't help it. Nick R.

Nick - sorry for the confusion that word caused, it's just an old-fashioned word from the old Usenet days to refer to someone who follows a group but does not participate. It doesn't have any negative connotations - it's not a bad thing to be a lurker, it's just a handy word - simpler than always saying "those people who follow the group but don't actively participate," but I appreciate how people may have thought I was being insulting by using the term - I truly didn't mean it that way.

And John - get over yourself. You're the first person on this thread to go negative. And btw - I started this thread, with a distinct subject line clearly marked "Other" specifically so that those would didn't care didn't need to read it. So if you check the definition, if we're going to get technical that would make you the troll.
