It looks great. I usually sand and glass the outside of the hull before I do the deck. The deck is pretty fragile until it is glassed I hesitate to move it very much. I think I would consider glassing the deck at this point (glass the top and bottom so it doesn't warp) and then sanding and glassing the hull. If you wanted to avoid taping the outside seam and just extend the top side deck glass down below the seam I would seal the top and glass the bottom of the deck. You are getting close.
