Hi John,

Since I'm in Europe, I'm using Sicomin "Surf Clear" http://www.sicomin.com/products/epoxy-systems/clear-laminating

The workshop is a pretty constant 22o C, or about 72 Fahrenheit.

My experience is that hand sanding is fine after a day or so, but the ROS clogs very fast. Also if the boat is used, then even after a week I get milky blotches, which however disappear when dry, and don't recur (but better, clearly, to wait longer.
