I did not glass the interior of the panels. I did add some lengthwise strips to the top of the frame to reinforce the standing area. I built up the side rails with square edged strips. I thought this might be easier than setting up to cut 3/8x1/4 bead and cove strips. Probably not. A RoboBevel would have helped for sure. I glued everything up as I went. I then feathered the rails into the top then sealed the interior. It was a bit time consuming but not bad. I had about 80 hours into it. I thought this was not terrible for a first go.
